基于Multi Tenant的人事共享服务中心系统研究

摘要 为了解决当前应用的人事管理系统存在的维护费用高、数据处理效率低下等问题,应用Openstack云平台、B/S结构设计了多租户人事共享服务中心系统,系统包括前台部分和后台部分,以租户认证功能和安全管理功能为例对系统的实现进行具体分析,最后对系统的系统稳定性及租户管理权限等进行测试,结果表明:该系统可以满足应用需求,并且和传统的人事管理系统相比具有一定的优势。 in order to solve the problems of high maintenance cost and low data processing efficiency in the current application of personnel management system,a multi tenant personnel sharing service center system is designed by using openstack cloud platform and B/S structure.The system includes the foreground part and the background part.Taking the tenant authentication function and security management function as an example,the implementation of the system is analyzed in detail.Finally,the system is analyzed The results show that the system can meet the application requirements and has some advantages over the traditional personnel management system.
