The effect of melatonin on the ultrastructure of brain synapses in Okadaic acid-induced Alzheimer’s disease rats

摘要 在冈田酸(okadaic acid,OA)毒性拟阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)大鼠模型上,探讨褪黑素(melatonin,MT)对AD动物模型学习记忆能力、海马和皮质神经元及突触超微结构的改善作用,初步阐明MT抗AD作用与对脑突触超微结构的保护作用的关系。 In the Alzheimer’s disease rat model of okadaic acid,to explore the effects of melatonin(MT)on the improvement of synaptic ultrastructure of AD animals which to clarify the relationship between the anti-AD effect of MT and the protective effect on brain synaptic ultrastructure.
