摘要
铝锂合金因具有高比强度、高耐腐蚀和抗疲劳等优点,常作为受力结构件被广泛应用于航天航空领域。本文系统研究了2195铝锂合金的制造工艺,成功制备了性能优越的锻板,为其工业生产提供了理论依据;综合采用金相显微镜、硬度计和拉伸试验机等手段,分别探索了不同热处理对2195铝锂合金的组织及性能的影响。经拉伸测试发现,所制备2195铝锂合金锻板的抗拉强度高达602MPa,延伸率9.5%。
Al-Li alloy is widely used in aerospace field as a stressed structure due to its high specific strength,high corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance.In this paper,the manufacturing process of 2195 Al-Li alloy is systematically studied,and the forging plate with superior performance is successfully prepared,which provides theoretical basis for its industrial production.The effects of different heat treatments on the microstructure and properties of 2195 Al-Li alloy were investigated by means of metallographic microscope,hardness tester and tensile machine.The tensile test shows that the tensile strength of the forged sheet is up to 602 MPa and the elongation is 9.5%.
