摘要
根据部分熔透搭接激光焊工艺特点和结合不锈钢车体侧墙结构,采用不同规格厚度及表面加工类型组合及不同激光焊工艺进行试件焊接,焊后目视检测焊接痕迹的可接受性。试验结果表明:下板至少需选择2.0 mm及以上厚度,焊接方向与拉丝方向相同时焊接后未焊接侧外观质量最好;下板熔深s在0.3~0.6 mm时,厚2.0 mm下板未焊接侧外观美观质量均可以达到要求。从外观美观要求出发,采用连续焊接方式,下板未焊接侧外观质量更优。
According to the characteristics of laser beam welding partial penetration lap process and the structure of side wall of stainless steel carbody, different dimensions and thickness, combination of surface processing types and different laser beam welding processes were used to weld specimens. After being welded, visual inspection was conducted to observe the acceptability of weld mark. The test results showed that the thickness of the bottom plate should be at least 2.0 mm or above, and the appearance quality of the unwelded side of the bottom plate was the best when the welding direction was the same as the drawing direction. When the bottom plate penetration depth s was0.3~0.6 mm, the appearance quality of unwelded side of 2.0 mm bottom plate could meet the requirements. From the perspective of requirements of good appearance quality, by using the continuous welding method, the appearance quality of the unwelded side of the bottom plate was better.
