摘要
文中介绍了海洋工程用钢,分析了API 2Y Gr60高强钢的焊接性,开发了表面张力过渡焊(STT)+埋弧焊(SAW)工艺,-10℃下裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)试验结果>0.25 mm。常规力学性能试验下接头抗拉强度>517 MPa,侧弯试样弯曲180°未出现缺陷,焊缝及热影响区-40℃冲击试验结果单值最小为160 J,均值最小为182 J。结果表明,焊接接头具有良好的力学性能、塑性和低温韧性。
Steel using in offshore was introduced, weldability of API 2 Y Gr60 was analyzed, and the related STT+SAW welding procedure was developed. CTOD values were greater than 0.25 mm under-10 ℃. Tensile strength of welded joint was complied with the requirement of larger than 517 MPa, side bend was found with no defects under180° bending, the impact test result under-40 ℃ with minimum single value was 160 J, minimum average value was182 J, which showed good mechanical properties, plastic and toughness was gained for the welded joint. The welding construction quality control measures were given.
