Ag对新型钎焊工艺下6063铝合金/纯铜接头性能的影响

摘要 文中通过在Zn75Al25钎料中添加Ag元素,研究了Ag对新型钎焊工艺下6063铝合金/纯铜异种金属铺展性能、接头抗剪强度和接头微观组织的影响。结果表明:Ag可以显著提升锌铝钎料在6063铝合金板及纯铜板上的铺展性能。在新型钎焊工艺条件下,钎料中的Ag会与Al和Zn形成置换固溶体,通过这种固溶强化作用,可以提高钎焊接头的力学性能。随着Ag含量的增加,钎缝组织变得细小且致密,钎缝内部块状CuAl_(2)脆性相的尺寸显著减小,引起应力集中的倾向减小,铝基固溶体中的Ag含量增加,固溶强化作用增强,对应的钎焊接头强度提高;当w(Ag)为4%时,接头抗剪强度达到84.5 MPa。 In this paper,the effects of Ag on wettability,shear strength and microstructure of 6063 aluminum alloy/fine copper dissimilar metal joints were studied by adding Ag to Zn75 Al25 brazing filler metal.The results showed that Ag could significantly improve the wettability of Zn-Al brazing filler metal on 6063 aluminum alloy plate and fine copper plate.In the new brazing process,Ag in the solder would form replacement solid solution with Al and Zn.Through this solid solution strengthening effect,the mechanical properties of the brazed joint could be improved.With the increase of Ag content,the microstructure of brazed joint become fine and compact,the size of massive CuAl_(2) brittle phase in brazed joint decreased significantly,the tendency of stress concentration decreased,the Ag content in Al based solid solution increased,the solid solution strengthening effect increased,and the corresponding strength of brazed joint increased.When w(Ag)was 4%,the shear strength of the joint reached 84.5 MPa.
