摘要
从改善PET可回收性的角度详实综述了近2年废弃聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯塑料循环利用与生物降解的研究进展。对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯塑料的循环利用主要从分子结构变化角度展开,通过将对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯塑料分子重构化,转化为重要化工原料、环境无害化小分子、关键有机合成中间体等,实现对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯塑料的循环利用、绿色利用及可降解利用,有效降低了对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯塑料对环境造成的危害。从废弃PET转化为具有吸附功能多孔碳材料、功能膜材料,及生物降解、其他回收利用路径等方面进行了研究,对废弃聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯塑料循环利用与生物降解的发展趋势进行了展望。
The detailed overview of the research progress in the recycling and biodegradation of waste polyethylene terephthalate plastics in the past two years from the perspective of improving the recyclability of PET was provided.The recycling of ethylene terephthalate plastics was mainly developed from the perspective of molecular structure changes,through the reconstruction of ethylene terephthalate plastic molecules into important chemical raw materials,environmentally sound small molecules,and key organic materials.Synthetic intermediates to realize the recycling,green utilization,and degradable utilization of ethylene terephthalate plastics,effectively reducing the environmental hazards caused by the residues of ethylene terephthalate plastics in the environment.The conversion of waste PET into porous carbon materials with adsorption function,the conversion of waste PET plastics into functional film materials,biodegradation,and other recycling paths were mainly discussed.The recycling and use of waste polyethylene terephthalate plastics were discussed.The prospects and development trends of biodegradation were prospected.
