摘要
结合汽车前门手扣盒塑件的注塑成型需要,提出了车用塑件侧抽芯滑块机构新通用结构形式。新结构形式中,滑块设置包括成型、定位、锁模、导向4个部分,机构的结构零件包括驱动力源、滑动、导向、压住、限位及冷却等。基于此,设计了1个斜滑块机构和2个平滑块机构。在平滑块机构中,设计了一种带推管机构的二次抽芯滑块机构,首先利用1个副滑块先驱动侧面推管先抽芯,然后,利用副滑块延时弹簧将推管的中心型芯抽出,最后,通过主滑块带动所有侧面成型件,完成塑件对应侧面整面的侧抽芯脱模。改进后的机构,为解决汽车塑件复杂侧壁侧抽芯脱模困难的问题提供了有益的设计参考。
According to the injection molding needs of the plastic parts of the front door buckle box,a new general structure of the side core pulling sliding block mechanism for automobile plastic parts was proposed.In the new structure form,the slider body setting includes four parts:molding,positioning,mold locking and guiding.The structural parts of the mechanism include driving force source,sliding,guiding,pressing,limiting and cooling.Based on this,an angler slider mechanism and two flat slider mechanisms were designed.In the flat slider mechanism,a secondary core pulling slider mechanism with push tube mechanism was improved and designed.In the mechanism,first,a secondary slider was used to drive the side push tube to pull out the core first,then the auxiliary slider delay spring was used to pull out the central core of the pushing tube.Finally,the main slider was used to drive all the side molding parts to complete the side core pulling demoulding of the plastic parts corresponding to the whole side.The improved mechanism provides a useful design reference for solving the problem of demoulding the complex side wall core pulling of automobile plastic parts.
