摘要
结合腔穴传递式动态混合器,从腔穴形状、运动轨迹、混炼效果等角度介绍了其构型特点及其混合机理,并以球窝型动态混合器为例,系统地阐述了其混合性能的量化方式及影响因素。另外,还研究了不同物料特性下,腔穴传递式动态混合器的高扭矩以及过剪切现象,结果表明,与常规静态混合器相比,其更适用于高黏熔体内团聚颗粒的分散混合。在塑料改性、熔体纺丝与木塑发泡等聚合物加工领域中,腔穴传递式动态混合器的应用能有效提高填料的混合均匀性,消除断面上的熔体流痕等,从而增强物料的可纺性、改善制品的外观质量、力学性能及其芯部的泡孔形貌等,具有良好的应用前景。
The configuration characteristics and mixing mechanism of the cavity transfer dynamic mixer are introduced from the perspectives of cavity shape,motion trajectory and mixing effect.Meanwhile,the mixing ability of spherical cavity mixer and its influence factors are also described systematically,and the problems of high torque and over shear of cavity transfer mixer operated with different material characteristics are also discussed,which proved to more suitable for the dispersion and mixing of agglomerated particles in high viscosity melt.Finally,the mixing quality under different molding methods and its application in polymer processing fields such as polymer modification,melt spinning and wood plastic foaming were explored.The application of cavity transfer dynamic mixer can effectively improve the mixing uniformity of fillers and eliminate melt flow marks on the section,so as to enhance the spinnability of materials,improve the appearance quality,mechanical properties and cell morphology of products,which shows a good application prospect.
