摘要 随着科技的发展,复合材料的研究程度和应用范围已成为一个国家科学技术先进水平的重要标准之一。碳材料由于其较好的导热性及耐磨性,受到人们的广泛关注,特别是近年来的碳纳米管(CNT)和石墨烯等材料,具有优异的光学、电学及力学特性,在材料学、微纳米加工、能源、生物医学和药物传递等方面具有重要的应用前景。综合论述了近几年来国内外对碳材料改性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料的研究进展,对碳材料改性PTFE进行了分类及详细的阐述,归纳并分析了碳纳米管、石墨烯、碳纤维(CF)、石墨和膨胀石墨(EG)对改性后复合材料的力学、摩擦磨损等性能的影响。为碳材料/PTFE复合材料的研究提供了重要参考和可行性依据。 The development of modern high technology is inseparable from composite.The research depth and application scope of composite have become one of the important indicators of the advanced level of a country’s science and technology.Carbon materials have also attracted people’s attention due to their outstanding thermal conductivity and wear resistance.Especially in recent years,materials such as carbon nanotubes(CNT)and graphene have excellent optical,electrical and mechanical properties.There are important application prospects in science,micro-nano processing,energy,biomedicine and drug delivery.The research progress of carbon-modified polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)composite materials at home and abroad in recent years is comprehensively discussed.The carbon materials modified PTFE is classified and elaborated.The effects of carbon nanotubes,graphene,carbon fiber(CF),graphite and expanded graphite(EG)on the mechanical,friction and wear properties of the modified composite are summarized and analyzed.This paper provides a reference and feasibility basis for the research of carbon/PTFE composite.
