基于多源配电网信息的停电研判方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对配网抢修工作中停电研判的准确性和时效性不足的问题,在装有不同开关设备的配电网中,提出一种基于多源配电网信息的停电研判方法。首先对比智能开关与非智能开关的区别,其中智能开关具有通信功能,能够与主站系统随时传递开关状态、电流(电压)、温度等信息;然后分别介绍了不同停电类型下配有智能开关的配电网系统停电研判的流程以及非智能开关系统停电研判的流程;最后通过在宝鸡地区配电网抢修系统中的推广应用,证明了该方法的有效性和实用性。 In view of lack of accuracy and timeliness of power outage evaluation(study and judgment)in the emergency repair work of distribution networks,a power outage evaluation method based on multi-source distribution network information is proposed for the distribution network equipped with different switching equipment.First,the difference between the intelligent switch and no-intelligent switch is compared,and the intelligent switch has the communication function,which can transfer the switch status,current(voltage),temperature and other information with the master station system at any time.Second,the research process of power outage of distribution network system with intelligent switch and that of non-intelligent switch system under different types of power outage are introduced respectively.Finally,the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method is proved by its application in the emergency repair system of the distribution network in Baoji area.
