摘要
为了满足未来2年单位载质量能量消耗量(Ekg)的要求,目标电动轻型载货车采用更高效的电驱桥系统方案取代现有电机直驱方案,并运用一系列轻量化技术方案降低整车整备质量,开发经济性和动力性更有竞争力的目标产品。首先根据整车技术要求匹配电驱桥系统,并通过CRUISE仿真分析进一步优化电驱桥系统方案。
In order to meet the requirements of Ekg next 2 years,the existing motor direct drive scheme is replaced with the target model adopts more efficient electric drive bridge system scheme,a series of lightweight technical scheme to reduce the quality of the trim was adopted.Moreover,the target product with more competitive economy and power performance is developed.Firstly,the electric drive bridge system is matched according to the technical requirements of the vehicle,and the electric drive bridge system is further optimized through CRUISE simulation analysis.
