Endocrine dysfunction and rehabilitation in maintenance hemodialysis patients

维持性血液透析(MHD)患者随着透析龄的延长,可出现各种功能障碍,内分泌功能障碍是其中之一,可使MHD患者出现糖代谢异常、甲状腺功能异常、甲状旁腺功能异常、促红细胞生成素分泌异常、胃泌素分泌异常及下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能异常等。康复治疗可在一定程度上改善MHD患者的内分泌障碍,提高患者的生活质量。本文就MHD患者内分泌功能障碍的主要表现与康复策略做一综述。

Maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients may have various dysfunction with the extension of dialysis age.Endocrine dysfunction is one of them,and can lead to abnormal glucose metabolism,abnormal thyroid function,abnormal parathyroid function,abnormal secretion of erythropoietin,abnormal gastrin secretion,and abnormal hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis function,etc.Rehabilitation therapy can improve the endocrine disorders of MHD patients and improve their quality of life to a certain extent.This paper reviewed the main manifestations and rehabilitation strategies of endocrine dysfunction in MHD patients.
