成都市文创产业园区扶持政策的需求分析

Demand Analysis of Supporting Policies for Chengdu Cultural and Creative Industrial Parks

运用质的研究方法,对2018年成都市认定并授牌的首批31家文创产业园区进行了调研,并对其中5家具有代表性的文创产业园区进行了深入访谈,以期了解成都市文创产业园区对扶持政策的实际需求。调研发现,成都市文创产业园区的政策期待主要包括资源需求(资金、人才、土地等)、服务需求(管理体制、园区融资等)、市场需求(主要是招商支持)、环境需求(主要是目标规划)。

In order to understand the actual needs of Chengdu cultural and creative industrial parks for supporting policies,qualitative research methods was used to conduct a preliminary investigation on the first batch of 31 cultural and creative industrial parks recognized and awarded in Chengdu in 2018,and conduct in-depth interviews with 5 representative cultural and creative industrial parks.The survey found that the policy expectations of Chengdu Cultural and Creative Industrial Park mainly include resource demand(funds,talents,land,etc.),service demand(management system,park financing,etc.),market demand(mainly investment support),and environmental demand(mainly Goal planning).
