新工科背景下,社会对人工智能人才需求量极大,人工智能人才培养与企业需求不对应,从而探索人工智能专业人才多元协同培养新模式。以大数据技术为手段,建立专业课程知识与企业实用技术的动态响应机制,构建人才多元协同培养新模式,促进人才链与教育链、技术链、产业链的有效创新衔接。在此基础上构建产、学、研、创、用为一体的协同育人平台,形成要素聚集、协同发力、互利共赢的人才培养生态圈,为我国地方本科高校培养人工智能专业人才提供示范,支撑地方人才供给。

Under the background of new engineering,the society has a great demand for artificial intelligence talents,but the training mode of artificial intelligence talents does not correspond to the needs of enterprises,so it is very necessary to explore a new mode of multi collaborative cultivation of artificial intelligence talents.Based on the big data technology,a dynamic response mechanism between professional curriculum knowledge and practical technology of enterprises was established and a new mode of multi collaborative training of talents was also be established,so as to the effective innovative connection between the talent chain,education chain,technology chain and industry chain was promoted.On this basis,a collaborative education platform integrating production,learning,research,innovation and application was built,and a talent cultivation ecosystem that elements gathering,collaborative efforts,mutual benefit and win-win results was formed.It can provide a demonstration for the cultivation of artificial intelligence professionals in local universities,and support the supply of local talents.
