Transformation Path of Modern Logistics Management Specialty in Context of Integration of Logistics and Manufacturing Industries

物流业和制造业融合发展(“两业融合”)是贯彻落实新发展理念,推进物流业高质量发展的重要战略。从产业变迁、教育改革两个维度出发,认为提高职业教育适应性,主动服务“两业融合”战略,推进现代物流管理专业内涵转型发展必须坚定“跨界融合”这个战略方向,坚持重塑物流人才培养目标、重构人才培养课程体系、创新人才培养模式、打造结构化教学创新团队、搭建产教融合育人平台的策略路径。

In this paper,we pointed out that the integrated development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry(i.e.integration of logistics and manufacturing industries)is an important strategy to implement the new development concept and promote the high-quality development of the logistics industry.From the two dimensions of industrial change and educational reform,we believed that to improve the adaptability of vocational education,actively serve the"integration of logistics and manufacturing industries"strategy and promote the transformation of the connotation of the modern logistics management specialty,we need to firmly adhere to the strategic direction of"cross border integration"and stick to the strategy paths to reformulate logistics talent training objectives,restructure the talent training curriculum system,innovate talent training mode,and build a structured teaching innovation team and a platform for the integration of industry and education.
