摘要
随班就读儿童是否得到教育过程公平是影响随班就读效果和质量的关键因素。通过对湖南省随班就读儿童教育过程公平现状的调查,发现随班就读儿童在教育过程中存在无法享有公平的主体地位、未能享受公平的教育资源、不能享受公平的参与机会和发展机会等问题。融合教育观念未形成、法律政策制度不完善、普通教师融合教育素养欠缺是问题产生的主要原因。确立融合教育观念、完善法律政策制度、提高普通教师融合教育素养是实现随班就读儿童教育过程公平的有效策略。
Whether transfer children in regular classes get fair education process is a key factor that affects the effect and quality of regular classes.Through the investigation of the fair status of the education process of children in regular classes in Hunan Province,it is found that there are some problems:transfer children in regular classes cannot enjoy a fair subject status,fail to enjoy fair educational resources,and cannot enjoy fair participation and development opportunities in the education process.The unformed concept of integrated education,the imperfect legal policy system,and the lack of integrated education literacy of ordinary teachers are the main reasons for the problems.Establishing the concept of integrated education,improving the legal policy system,and improving the integrated education literacy of ordinary teachers are effective strategies to achieve fairness in the education process of trasfer children in regular classes.
