北极研究国内主题研讨会的议题结构及发展趋势

Topic Structure and Development Trend of Domestic Seminars on Arctic Research

在全面梳理2007年以来在我国国内召开的国内、国际非闭门和非保密北极研究主题研讨会的基础上,运用共词分析法等研究方法,对北极研究主题研讨会的议题相关性进行分析,根据目前已经形成的议题结构和机构网络形态,对其未来发展趋势给出了判断。认为我国国内召开的北极研究主题研讨会的议题结构虽较为广泛但相关性不强,机构网络已初步形成,未来北极研究主题研讨会将更加频繁举行,将会涉及更多利益攸关方,关于北极生态环境、北极军事化、北极资源以及北极法律规则制定等相关问题或将成为未来北极研究主题研讨会的重点讨论范畴。

Based on a comprehensive review of the domestic,international non-closed,and non-secret Arctic research topic seminars held in China since 2007,the authors use research methods such as co-word analysis to analyze the relevance of topics in the Arctic research seminars and make a judgment on its future development trend according to the topic structure and institutional network form that have been formed so far.The study found that although the topic structure of the Arctic research topic seminars held in China is relatively broad,yet the relevance is not strong,the institutional network has been initially formed.In the future,the Arctic research topic seminars will be held more frequently and will involve more stakeholders,and related issues like the Arctic ecological environment,Arctic militarization,Arctic resources,and the formulation of Arctic laws and regulations may become the focus of discussion in Arctic research topic seminars.
