铁路车辆检修票据是铁路货运生产和运输组织的重要凭证,既有纸质票据传递的方式已经制约其作业流程优化。结合现有车辆检修票据生产作用及其存在的问题,分析5类车辆检修票据相关的作业流程,提出车辆检修票据融入货运票据电子化业务流程的架构设计方案,明确票据信息传递流程和业务逻辑处理方法,制定信息交互规范。目前车辆检修票据已整合纳入完整的货运票据电子化系统,系统运行性能稳定、数据传输安全,解决了车辆检修票据信息上传不及时、准确性不高的问题,可为提升铁路内部生产作业和运输组织效率奠定基础。

Railway car inspection and maintenance bills are important vouchers for railway freight production and transport organization.The existing transfer mode of paper bills has already restricted the optimization of the operation process.In combination with the production role and problems of existing car inspection and maintenance bills,this paper analyzes the operation process related to five types of car inspection and maintenance bills,puts forward the architecture design scheme of integrating car inspection and maintenance bills into the electronic business process of freight bills,clarifies the bill information transfer process and business logic processing method,and formulates the information interaction specification.At present,the car inspection and maintenance bills have been integrated into the complete electronic freight bill system.With stable operation performance and safe data transmission,the system solves the problems of untimely uploading and low accuracy of car inspection and maintenance bill information,and may lay a foundation for improving the efficiency of railway internal production and transport organization.
