摘要 轮轨关系是保证车辆稳定运行的重要因素。随着我国高速铁路快速发展,车辆运行速度越来越高,对轮轨关系提出了更高要求。适当的钢轨打磨不仅可以保持轮轨间良好的接触关系,改善轮轨间的动态作用力,还能有效延长钢轨的使用寿命,减小轮轨间的磨耗。选取京广高速过打磨和成贵客专欠打磨的2个廓形作为边界廓形,在标准CHN60轨和两边界廓形间插值形成一定数目的过渡廓形,计算这些钢轨廓形与LMA踏面匹配的轮轨关系,并仿真计算对某型高速动车组动力学性能的影响,提出一个钢轨打磨限值廓形。 Wheel-rail interaction is an important factor to ensure the stable operation of trains.With the rapid development of high speed railways in China,the operation speed of trains is getting higher and higher,which puts forward higher requirements for wheel-rail interaction.Proper rail grinding can not only maintain a good contact relationship and improve the dynamic force between wheel and rail,but also effectively prolong the service life of rail and reduce the wear between wheel and rail.By selecting one excessively ground profile on Beijing-Guangzhou High Speed Railway and one insufficiently ground profile on Chengdu-Guiyang Passenger Dedicated Line as boundary profiles,and forming a certain number of transition profiles by interpolation between the standard 60 rail and the two boundary profiles,the wheel-rail interaction between these rail profiles and LMA tread is calculated,simulating calculation is conducted for the influence on the dynamic performance of a model of high speed EMU and a rail grinding limit profile is proposed.
