摘要 城市轨道交通项目中,在GIS引擎中进行BIM模型集成的需求越来越强烈,SuperMap已具备BIM模型的逐顶点坐标转换能力,能实现在地球曲率影响下BIM与GIS数据的精确匹配。实际项目中BIM模型数据体量较大、专业多、模型数量多,在BIM模型与GIS集成时,需要进行大量手动逐图层坐标转换,过程烦琐耗时。同时,SuperMap中的轻量化主要采用LOD和实例化技术,对于影响BIM模型体量和显示效率的三角网,SuperMap只提供手工按所有模型对象或选中对象进行三角网简化,操作麻烦、耗时,简化效果不理想,存在模型简化过度或简化不够的情况,难以满足工期和模型整合的质量要求。研究面向SuperMap的BIM模型轻量化处理方法,研发BIM模型轻量化辅助处理软件,实现模型在SuperMap平台下的批量快速精确空间位置变换和基于字典系数的三角网简化,提高模型轻量化的效率与效果。该研究成果已在实际项目中应用,效果显著。 There is an increasing demand for BIM model integration in GIS engine in urban rail transit projects.SuperMap has already been able to realize the vertex-by-vertex coordinate transformation of BIM model, which can achieve accurate matching between BIM and GIS data under the influence of earth curvature. In actual projects, BIM model involves a large data volume, multiple disciplines, and numerous models. When BIM model is integrated with GIS, a great number of manual layer-by-layer coordinate transformations are required,which is cumbersome in procedures and time-consuming. Meanwhile, LOD and instantiation technology are mainly adopted for the lightweight in SuperMap. With regard to the triangulation network which affects the volume and display efficiency of BIM model, SuperMap only provides manual triangulation network simplification according to all model objects or the selected objects, which is troublesome and time-consuming,and the simplification effect is not ideal;there may be cases of excessive or insufficient simplification of the model, which makes it difficult to meet the requirements of the construction period and model integration quality. The lightweight processing method of BIM model for SuperMap is studied and the auxiliary processing software for BIM model lightweight is developed to realize the batch, rapid, and accurate spatial position transformation of the model under the SuperMap platform and the triangulation network simplification based on dictionary coefficient, so as to improve the efficiency and effect of model lightweight. The research results have been applied in practical projects with remarkable effect.
