动车段所BIM全生命周期数据传递关键技术

摘要 随着BIM技术的迅速发展,基于BIM技术的全专业及全生命周期协同管理也越来越受重视。动车段所是铁路机车车辆运营、整备、检修区域,涉及建筑体量大、专业多、接口复杂,是多学科、多专业的系统性工程,因此开展基于BIM技术的动车段所全生命周期管理是有必要的。基于BIM技术的全生命周期管理,很难通过单一平台或软件来实现,通常需要开展跨平台协作。跨平台过程中选择最佳数据传递方案及轻量化技术路线,是研究的重点。通过研究发现,选择合适的数据传递方式能够很好的保存模型的几何与非几何信息;采用结构简化、实例化、多边形处理和LOD技术等多方面手段进行轻量化数据处理可以极大地减小模型体量。以运维管理平台为例,整个平台的数据量从原来的3.41 GB降低到0.62 GB,整体降幅为82%,轻量化效果十分显著,极大地提升了动车段所BIM应用水平。 With the rapid development of BIM technology, more and more attention is paid to the wholediscipline and full life cycle collaborative management based on BIM technology. EMU depot is the operation,servicing and overhaul area of railway locomotives. Involving large construction volume, multiple disciplines and complex interface, it is a multi-disciplinary systematic project. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the full life cycle management of EMU depot based on BIM technology. For full life cycle management based on BIM technology, it is difficult to achieve it through a single platform or software. Usually, cross-platform collaboration is necessary. Selecting the best data transmission scheme and lightweight technical route in the cross-platform process is the focus of research. Through the research, it is found that the geometric and nongeometric information of the model can be well preserved in the appropriately selected data transmission mode.Lightweight data processing by means of structural simplification, instantiation, polygon processing and LOD technology can greatly reduce the volume of the model. Taking the operation and maintenance management platform as an example, the data volume of the whole platform is reduced from 3. 41 GB to 0. 62 GB, with an overall reduction of 80%. The lightweight effect is remarkable, which greatly improves the application level of BIM in EMU depot.
