摘要
房屋建筑工程是建筑行业的重要组成部分,技术质量管理水平直接关系到工程质量的好坏,但传统的施工技术管理方法存在一定局限性,因此,BIM技术作为建筑业一项新技术应运而生,它的诞生对房屋建筑工程施工而言是一次重大的技术变革。利用三维模型即可对建筑施工管理进行模拟,在项目管理的全生命周期都可起到积极作用。以BIM技术在房屋建筑工程管理临建阶段、技术质量管理、施工进度管理3个方面存在的问题及原因着手分析,进而详细介绍了BIM技术在房屋建筑工程施工管理过程中的应用及其产生的效益。
Housing project constitutes an important part of the construction industry, and the technical quality management level is directly related to the engineering quality. However, there are certain limitations in the management methods using traditional construction technology. Therefore, BIM technology emerging as a new technology in the construction industry is a major technical change. The project management can be simulated with three-dimensional models, which plays a positive role in the whole life cycle of project management. The paper analyzes the existing problems of BIM technology and the reasons behind from three aspects: temporary construction stage of housing construction engineering management, technical quality management and construction progress management. It then introduces in detail the application of BIM technology in the construction management of housing projects and the benefits generated therefrom.
