摘要
BIM技术在铁路设计、施工、运维中均有应用。在铁路站房运维管理中,基于BIM的风险分析能够促进站房设备的高效管理,但相关研究较少。以京张高铁昌平站为例,根据实际运维管理,研究BIM技术在铁路站房运维风险分析中的应用。具有特色的京张高铁昌平站在运维阶段主要存在2类风险:设备信息不齐全和管线排布错综复杂。利用Revit软件搭建各专业的BIM模型,并结合计算机研发技术,从三维模拟的角度研究设备信息集成和链路管理等应用,为实际运维管理提供参考。
BIM technology has been widely applied in railway design, construction, and operation and maintenance. In the operation and maintenance management of railway station buildings, BIM-based risk analysis can promote the efficient management of equipment in station buildings, but there are few related researches. Taking Changping Station of Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway as an example, this paper studies the application of BIM technology in the risk analysis of the operation and maintenance of railway station buildings based on the actual operation and maintenance management. There are mainly two types of risk in the operation and maintenance stage of the distinctive Changping Station of Beijing-Zhangjiakou HSR,i. e. incomplete equipment information and complicated pipeline arrangement. Revit software is applied to build BIM models for different technical areas of railway and, in combination with R&D technology, the applications of equipment information integration and link management are studied from the perspective of 3 D simulation,so as to provide a reference for actual operation and maintenance management.
