摘要
以国家和宁夏地表水采测分离监测结果为基础,对宁夏地表水环境质量变化开展研究。结果表明2016-2020年,宁夏地表水环境质量改善取得了显著成效,2020年与2015年相比,地表水(黄河干流、支流和湖库)Ⅲ类以上水质断面比例上升4.0个百分点,劣Ⅴ类下降3.9个百分点;排水沟Ⅲ类以上水质断面比例上升27.6个百分点,劣Ⅴ类下降61.3个百分点。总体来看,受自然本底等水文、地质环境以及水资源禀赋影响,地表水环境质量改善压力依然较大。
According to the monitoring results of national and Ningxia ecological environment monitoring network,the change of Ningxia surface water environmental quality during the"13th Five-Year Plan"period was studied.Results show that during the period of 2016-2020 surface water environment quality improvement has obtained remarkable achievement in Ningxia,compared with 2015 in 2020,the surface water(tributary of the Yellow River mainstream,and lake library)aboveⅢwater quality section increased by 4.0 percentage points,and the proportion of GradeⅤwater quality section decreased by 3.9 percentage points;The proportion of water sections above gradeⅢin drainage ditches increased by 27.6 percentage points,and the proportion of GradeⅤwater quality section decreased by 61.3 percentage points.Overall,the natural background such as hydrological and geological environment and water resources endowment,the surface water environment quality improvement still have large pressure.
