摘要
目的:制备白藜芦醇聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯-聚乳酸羟基乙酸共聚物(RSV-BCA-PLGA)纳米粒,对其制备工艺进行相关研究。方法:采用改良的乳化溶剂挥发法与界面缩聚法制备白藜芦醇纳米粒。结果最优的处方工艺制备的纳米粒包封率为82.9%,平均粒径为219.7nm。结论:本实验成功制备了粒径均一且具有较高包封率的白藜芦醇聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯-聚乳酸羟基乙酸共聚物(RSV-BCA-PLGA)纳米粒。
Objective:To prepare Rseveratrol poly(n-butyl cyanoacrylate)-poly(lactic co glycolic acid)(RSV-BCA-PLGA)nanoparticles.and study its preparation technology.Methods:Rseveratrol nanoparticles were prepared by improved emulsion solvent evaporation method and interfacial polycondensation method.Results:The encapsulation efficiency of nanoparticles was 82.9%,and the average particle size was 219.7 nm.Conclusion:Rseveratrol poly(n-butyl cyanoacrylate)-poly(lactic co glycolic acid)(RSV-BCA-PLGA)nanoparticles were successfully prepared with uniform particle size and high encapsulation efficiency.
