摘要
甜叶菊苷(ST)属我国广西特色生物质资源。ST作为甜味剂而闻名世界,其甜度是蔗糖的100~300倍。在食品和医药工业中,ST被用作甜味剂和糖的替代品。药理学研究表明,ST具有降血糖、降血压、抗炎、抗肿瘤、止泻、抗菌和免疫调节等多种生物活性,其在食品、饮料和新型药物方面有着较好的应用前景。
Stevioside(ST)is a special biomass material in Guangxi,China.ST is known worldwide as a sweetener,and its sweetness is about 100 to 300 times that of sucrose.In the food and pharmaceutical industries,ST is used as a sweetener and sugar substitute.Pharmacological studies have shown that ST has various biological activities such as hypoglycemic,hypotensive,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,antidiarrheal,antibacterial and immunomodulatory.It has excellent application prospects in food,beverage and new drugs.
