二氧化锰改性活性炭三维电极氧化处理高氨氮废水 被引量:7

Treatment of High Ammonia Nitrogen Wastewater by Three-dimensional Electrode Oxidation of Manganese Dioxide Modified Activated Carbon

摘要 以钛涂覆钌铱为阳极,钛为阴极,二氧化锰改性活性炭粒子为第三电极,对氨氮浓度为3000mg/L模拟废水进行三维电化学氧化预处理。考察了初始pH值、粒子电极投加量、曝气量等因素对氨氮去除的影响,结果表明,在固定电流密度15mA/cm^(2)和氯离子浓度3g/L的条件下,初始pH值为8、二氧化锰改性活性炭投加量为10g、曝气量为3L/min,电化学氧化反应4h后,氨氮去除率达到79.49%。 Using titanium-coated ruthenium and iridium as anode,titanium as cathode,and manganese dioxide modified activated carbon as the third electrode,electrochemical oxidation was performed on simulated wastewater with an ammonia nitrogen concentration of 3000 mg/L.The influence of the particle electrode dosage,pH,aeration rate and other factors on the removal of ammonia nitrogen was investigated.The results showed that under the condition of fixed current density 15 mA/cm^(2)and chloride ion concentration3 g/L,the dosage of manganese dioxide modified activated carbon was 10 g,pH 8,and aeration rate was 3 L/min.After 4 hours of electrolysis,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate reaches 79.49%.
