静脉注射地佐辛联合罗哌卡因术毕切口浸润对腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者苏醒质量及恢复期应激反应的影响

Effect of intravenous dezocine combined with ropivacaine on recovery quality and stress response in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:探讨静脉注射地佐辛联合罗哌卡因术毕切口浸润对腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者苏醒质量及恢复期应激反应的影响。方法:抽取2019年4月~2020年5月70例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,以数字随机表法分为观察组(n=35)及对照组(n=35),对照组静脉注射地佐辛,观察组在此基础上结合罗哌卡因术毕切口浸润,对两组干预结果进行比较。结果:观察组自主呼吸时间、拔管时间、麻醉恢复时间明显较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T_(0)时,两组Cor、E指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),T_(1)~T_(3)各时段,观察组Cor、E水平均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为14.29%,与对照组的11.43%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:静脉注射地佐辛结合罗哌卡因术毕切口浸润在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术中应用价值较高,可改善苏醒质量,减轻麻醉恢复其应激反应,且不会增加过多不良反应,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of dezocine combined with ropivacaine on the quality of recovery and stress response in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method From April 2019 to may 2020,70 patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35).The control group was injected with dezocine intravenously.The observation group was combined with incision infiltration of ropivacaine,and the intervention results of the two groups were compared.Results The spontaneous breathing time,extubation time and anesthesia recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);at T_(0),the Cor and E indexes of the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05),and the levels of cor and E in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at T_(1)~T_(3)(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14.29%,which had no statistical significance compared with 11.43%of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Intravenous dezocine combined with ropivacaine incision infiltration in laparoscopic cholecystectomy has higher application value,can improve the quality of recovery,reduce anesthesia,restore its stress reaction,and will not increase too many adverse reactions,which is worthy of application.
