烧伤患者照顾者负担与社会支持的相关性

Correlation between caregiver burden and social support for burn patients

目的:调查分析烧伤患者照顾者负担水平与社会支持现状,并探讨二者之间的相关性。方法:应用一般资料问卷、照顾者负担量表(ZBI)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对214例烧伤患者照顾者进行调查。结果:烧伤患者照顾者负担总分为(34.22±14.68)分,78.5%的照顾者测评存在照顾负担;社会支持总分为(39.94±6.98)分;烧伤患者照顾者总社会支持水平、主观支持维度得分与总负担、个人负担及责任负担得分均呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:烧伤患者照顾者总体处于轻中度的负担水平,医护人员可通过提升烧伤患者照顾者的社会支持度以降低照顾者负担水平,从而促进照顾者身心健康与生活质量。

Objective To investigate the current situation of social support and caregiver burden among the caregivers of burn patients,and to explore the correlation between them.Method The demographic questionnaire,Zarit Burden Interview(ZBI)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used to investigate 214 caregivers of burn patients.Results The total score of ZBI was(34.22±14.68)and 78.5%caregivers reported caregivers burden.The total score of SSRS was(39.94±6.98).The total score of social support and subjective support dimension were negatively correlated with the total score of burden,personal burden and responsibility burden(P<0.05).Conclusion The caregivers of burn patients are generally in the mild to moderate burden level.It can reduce the burden level of the caregivers by promoting the social support degree,and ultimately promote the mental health and living quality of the caregivers.
