聚焦解决模式心理护理对化疗期白血病患者心境状态、应对方式影响

The impact of psychological care on the mental state and coping style of leukemia patients during chemotherapy

目的:探讨聚焦解决模式心理护理对化疗期白血病患者心境状态、应对方式影响。方法:抽取2017年6月~2020年6月无锡市人民医院收治的化疗期白血病患者64例作为研究对象,按照双色球法随机分为对照组32例接受常规心理护理,研究组32例接受聚焦解决模式心理护理,比较两组患者干预前、后心理状态与应对方式变化。结果:护理干预后,两组患者POMS评分、TCSQ评分均优于干预前,且研究组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:聚焦解决模式心理护理有助于改善化疗期白血病患者心境状态,转变应对方式,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the impact of focused solution mode psychological care on the mood state and coping style of leukemia patients during chemotherapy.Method A total of 64 patients with leukemia during chemotherapy in our hospital between June 2017 and June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the two-color ball method.32 cases of blue ball were used as the control group and received routine psychological care.Thirty-two cases of the red ball served as the research group and received psychological care in a focused solution mode,and compared the changes in mental state and coping styles between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After nursing intervention,the TCSQ score and POMS score of the two groups improved,and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Focusing on the psychological care of the solution model can help improve the mood of patients with leukemia during chemotherapy and change the coping style,which has clinical promotion value.
