摘要 Caveolin-3(CAV3)是微囊蛋白家庭成员的肌肉特异性蛋白,在心肌中表达丰富,目前发现它的基因突变与九种典型的骨骼肌和心肌病症有关:肢带型肌营养不良(LGMD-1C)、波纹肌肉病(RMD)、远端型肌病(DM)、横纹肌溶解症(RM)、高CK血症(H-CK)、肥厚型心肌病(HCM)、扩张型心肌病(DCM)、长QT综合征(LQTS)、婴儿猝死综合症(SIDS)。有些突变可能导致两种以上的疾病同时出现,同种突变也可能导致不一样的疾病类型,CAV3相关疾病报道越来越多,其致病机制尚待深入的研究。本文就CAV3突变相关疾病及其分子机制研究进行综述。
