细胞穿膜肽的分类和穿膜机制研究进展

Research Progress on Classification and Membrane-Penetrating Mechanism of Cell Membrane-Penetrating Peptides

以近年来研究文献为基础,对细胞穿膜肽的分类、穿膜机制和入胞检测方法等进行综述.根据来源,细胞穿膜肽(cell-pen ettrating peptides,CPPs)分为天然CPPs和人工合成的CPPs.在CPPsite数据库中把CPPs分为蛋白衍生肽、嵌合肽和合成肽,基于氨基酸物理化学特性把CPPs分为阳离子肽、疏水性肽和两亲性肽;CPPs穿膜机制主要有直接入胞和内吞途径两种方式;细胞穿膜肽入胞的检测方法主要有荧光分析法、电子显微镜、质谱分析和生物效应分析法.

Based on the research literature in recent years,the classification,membrane-penetrating mechanism and cell entry detection methods of cell-penetrating peptides were reviewed.According to the source CPPs,it is divided into natural CPPs and synthetic CPPs.In CPPsite database,CPPs is divided into protein-derived peptide,chimeric peptide and synthetic peptide.Based on the physical and chemical characteristics of amino acids,CPPs is divided into cationic peptide,hydrophobic peptide and amphiphilic peptide.The mechanism of CPPs membrane penetration mainly includes direct endocytosis and endocytosis.The main detection methods of cell penetrating peptides are fluorescence analysis,electron microscope,mass spectrometry and biological effect analysis.
