ZnO/TiO_(2)/C纳米纤维的制备及其光催化性能的研究

摘要 以醋酸纤维素(CA)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为络合剂与钛酸丁酯、醋酸锌混合制得前驱体溶液.通过静电纺丝技术制备复合纳米纤维,再经醇解、烘干、高温焙烧等处理制备ZnO/TiO_(2)/C纳米纤维.利用扫描电镜、XRD进行表征分析,利用亚甲基蓝模拟染料废水,研究制备条件对光催化性能的影响.结果表明,当TiO_(2)/ZnO比为14:1,煅烧时间为2.5 h,温度为700℃,制备的TiO_(2)/ZnO/C纳米纤维催化剂具有较好的光催化性能. The precursor solution were prepared by Cellulose acetate(CA)and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)as complexing agent mixed with butyl titanate and zinc acetate.The composite nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning technology,and then the ZnO/TiO_(2)/C nanofibers were prepared by alcoholysis,drying and high temperature calcination.the ZnO/TiO_(2)/C nanofibers were characterized by Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and XRD.Methylene blue was used to simulate dye wastewater and its photocatalytic activity was tested.The effects of preparation conditions on the photocatalytic performance were studied.The results show that the ZnO/TiO_(2)/C nanofibers with n(TiO_(2)):n(ZnO)=14:1,calcination time of 5h and calcination temperature of 700℃ have higher photocatalytic performance.
