摘要
静态随机存储器(SRAM)是计算机的重要组成部件.基于6个NMOS管的SRAM存储原理分析,涉及较多半导体器件方面的相关知识,由于课时限制等因素,相关教材很少进行深入分析.在授课过程中,部分学生对该内容表现出较强的学习意愿.为此提出一种面向6个NMOS管的SRAM存储原理分析方法,旨在有限的基础知识条件下,帮助学生深入理解SRAM存储单元的工作原理,提高《计算机组成原理》课程的整体教学效果.
Static Random Access Memories(SRAMs)are important components of computers.The analysis on storage principle of SRAM based on 6 NMOS tubes involves more knowledge on semiconductor devices.Due to the constraint of lesson period,relevant textbooks rarely analyze it in details.In teaching procedures,some students show strong willingness to learn it.Therefore,a method for analyzing the storage principle of SRAM based on 6 NMOS tubes is proposed.It aims to help students well understand SRAM with limit basic knowledge,and improve the teaching effect of the“Principles of Computer Composition”course.
