新工科背景下以国际合作促进素质教育的探索与实践--以中加水与环境安全联合研发中心为例

摘要 新工科建设要求培养拥有国际经验与竞争力、参与国际合作、符合国际标准的国际人才,因此以国际合作促进高校工科素质教育势在必行。基于此,文章以南开大学中加水与环境安全联合研发中心的国际合作探索与实践为例,聚焦中心的全方位国际合作方式、国际合作对当前中国素质教育的启发,以及国际合作办学项目对学生创新行为的提升作用。本研究结果有助于高校教师更好地开展新工科建设和新工科背景下的国际合作,促进高校素质教育水平提升。 The construction of new engineering requires universities to cultivate international talents who have international experience and competitiveness,participate in international cooperation and meet international standards.Therefore,it is imperative to promote engineering quality education by international cooperation.This paper takes the exploration and practice of international cooperation in the Sino-Canadian Water and Environmental Safety Joint Research and Development Center of Nankai University as an example.The study focuses on the all-round international cooperation mode of the center,the inspiration of international cooperation on the current Quality education in China,and the promotion of international cooperative education programs on students'innovative behavior.The results of this study are helpful for university teachers to better carry out the construction of new engineering and international cooperation under the background of new engineering,and promote the improvement of quality education in universities.
