摘要
新时代新工科背景下,环境工程“交叉型、智能化、高度产业化和国际化”的行业发展趋势对环境工程的人才培养提出了更高的要求。南开大学环境工程专业结合新工科卓业工程师计划2.0要求和生态文明建设、一流专业对人才的培养要求,针对当前环境工程专业卓越工程师人才培养的现存问题,提出了“六层次一体化”卓越工程师人才培养体系,并通过示范班实践探索和矫正,形成了一整套可操作、能复制的新工科环境工程创新性人才培养体系和实践方案。
Under the background of emerging engineering education in the new era,higher requirements on the personnel training in Environmental Engineering advanced during the industrial development trend of cross type,intelligence,high industrialization and internationalization.The Environmental Engineering major of Nankai University,in combination with the requirements of emerging engineering education excellent engineer plan 2.0 and the training requirements of the Ecological Civilization Construction and First-class Undergraduate Major,puts forward a six-level integration excellent engineer personal training system in view of the existing problems in the talent training of excellent engineers.It also carried out practical exploration and research on the demonstration class to correct some practices,and then formed a set of operable and reproducible emerging engineering education innovative talent training system and practice scheme for Environmental Engineering.
