B除钴剂除钴机理及其在净化除钴中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 青海某企业采用氧压浸出工艺炼锌,净化工序采用逆向锑盐法,吨锌锌粉消耗约70 kg,为降低净化工艺锌粉单耗,该企业引进B除钴剂进行除钴。B除钴剂主要成分为锑盐、砷盐及单宁化合物,在合适的条件下可以持续稳定除钴。在净化前液中保留200~300 mL/L镉的前提下,控制反应条件温度83℃、时间2 h、B除钴剂加入量为0.03 kg/m^(3)、电解废液加入量为3 L/m^(3)可以达到较优结果。工业应用表明,采用B除钴剂除钴吨锌锌粉用量相比逆向锑盐法可节约15 kg。B除钴剂相对于传统的除钴剂有着很好的经济效益,而且可达到深度净化除钴的目的,值得推广。 In a POX leaching zinc refinery in Qinghai province,reversed antimonic salt method was used for purification.For each ton of zinc produced about 70 kg of zinc dust was consumed.To reduce zinc dust consumption rate,the refinery introduced B cobalt removal reagent.The B reagent comprises mostly of antimonic salts,arsenic salts,and tannin compounds,in appropriate conditions the reagent can remove cobalt consistently.With Cd concentration at 200~300 mL/L in the purification feed,it was found that satisfactory results can be achieved when the reaction takes place at 83 ℃ for 2 hours,with B reagent dosed at 0.03 kg/m^(3) and spent electrolyte fed at 3 L/m^(3).Industrial applications have show that using B reagent for Co removal can reduce zinc dust consumption per ton of zinc produced by 15 kg compared with the reversed antimonic salt method.It is thus concluded that in comparison with conventional cobalt removal reagents,the B Co removal reagent yields better economic outcome and at the same time produces good Co removal efficiency,hence worthy of promotion.
