摘要
为探讨丹参花提取物中生物活性物质的组成成分,采用GC⁃MS联用技术对贵州产紫丹参花进行分析鉴定,测定其提取物组成成分。最终确定55种物质的化学结构,其中优势成分为1⁃甲基⁃5⁃亚甲基⁃8⁃(1⁃甲基乙烯基)⁃1,6⁃环葵二烯(20.723%)、石竹烯(16.828%)、α⁃石竹烯(6.527%)、石竹烯氧化物(6.976%)、α⁃毕橙茄醇(8.123%)、左旋乙酸冰片酯(6.378%)、波旁烯(3.099%)、衣兰油烯(2.349%)。
The chemical constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza flower was analyzed by GC⁃MS to determine its active components.A total of 55 constituents were isolated and identified.The principal constituents and contents in the volatiles were 1,6⁃Cyclodecadiene⁃1⁃methyl⁃5⁃methylene⁃8⁃(1⁃methylethyl)(20.723%),Caryophyllene(16.828%),alpha.⁃Caryophyllene(6.527%),Caryophyllene oxide(6.976%),alpha.⁃Cadinol(8.123%),Bicyclo[2.2.1]heptan⁃2⁃ol⁃1,7,7⁃trimethyl⁃acetate⁃(1S⁃endo)⁃(6.378%),Cyclobuta[1,2:3,4]dicyclopentene(3.099%),2,3,4,4a,7⁃hexahydro⁃1,6⁃dimethyl⁃4⁃(1⁃methylethyl)⁃(2.349%).
