Research Progress in Detection of Common Mycotoxins in Feed Materials and Products by Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Techniques

霉菌毒素严重威胁人类和动物的健康,为加强日常饲料质量安全监管,饲料中霉菌毒素的检测工作尤为重要,因此本文综述了霉菌毒素的限量标准、检测标准及近年来主流色谱质谱的检测技术,为日后的霉菌毒素检测提供技术参考。

Mycotoxins are the serious threat to human and animal health.In order to strengthen the daily feed quality and safety supervision,the detection of mycotoxins in feed is particularly important.In order to provide technical support for mycotoxin detection in the future,this paper reviewed the limit standard and detection standard of mycotoxin as well as the main detection techniques of chromatography and mass spectrometry in recent years.
