摘要
蒸汽爆破是一种新的高效预处理农作物秸秆的技术,主要通过蒸汽爆破改变秸秆的理化结构。蒸汽爆破预处理能显著提高秸秆在瘤胃内的消化率,促进秸秆资源饲料化,对解决我国粗饲料资源短缺和秸秆资源化利用具有重要意义。本文总结了蒸汽爆破的原理、影响因素以及研究进展,并对蒸汽爆破对秸秆理化结构的影响以及蒸汽爆破秸秆对反刍动物生产性能的影响进行了阐述。
Steam explosion is a new and efficient technology for pretreatment of crop stover,which mainly change the physical and chemical structure of stover by vapor phase heating and exploding.Steam explosion pretreatment can significantly improve the digestibility of stover in the rumen,which is conducive to improving utilization of stover,and has significant to solve the problem of feed resources shortage and utilization of stover resources in China.This review summarized the principle,influencing factors and research progress of steam explosion,and particularly the influence of steam explosion on the physical and chemical structure of stover and the influence of steam-exploded stover on the performance of ruminants.
