摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中生姜粉添加水平对安哥拉兔产毛性能以及血清激素、生化、免疫和抗氧化指标的影响,为生姜粉作为绿色饲料添加剂在毛兔生产上应用提供理论参考。试验选用8月龄、体重相近的中系安哥拉兔160只,随机分为4组,每组40只(公母各占1/2)。4组安哥拉兔分别饲喂生姜粉添加水平为0(对照)、10、20、30 g/kg的全价配合饲料,饲喂1个养毛期(73 d)。结果表明:1)饲粮中生姜粉添加水平对安哥拉兔的终末体重、耗料量、毛囊密度和产毛量均有显著影响(P<0.05)。随着生姜粉添加水平的升高,试验兔的终末体重、耗料量、毛囊密度和产毛量均有提高,生姜粉添加水平为20 g/kg时可达到提高产毛量的效果。2)饲粮中生姜粉添加水平对安哥拉兔血清中甲状腺素(T4)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和褪黑素(MTL)水平有显著影响(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,各试验组血清中IGF-1和MTL水平均显著升高(P<0.05);当生姜粉添加水平为30 g/kg时,各试验组血清中T4水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)饲粮中生姜粉添加水平对安哥拉兔血清中总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量有显著影响(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,添加20和30 g/kg生姜粉的试验组血清中TC、HDL、LDL含量显著降低(P<0.05),血清中IgA含量显著升高(P<0.05)。4)饲粮中生姜粉添加水平对安哥拉兔血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和丙二醛(MDA)含量有显著影响(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组血清中SOD活性均显著升高,血清中MDA含量均显著降低(P<0.05);此外,添加20和30 g/kg生姜粉的试验组血清中T-AOC较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。综上所述,生姜粉作为安哥拉兔的饲料添加剂,能够调节脂质代谢,提高血清激素水平和抗氧化能力,提高产毛量,其适宜用量为20 g/kg。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of dietary ginger powder supplemental level on wool production,serum hormone,biochemical,immune and antioxidant indices of angora rabbits,so as to provide theoretical reference for the use of ginger powder as a green feed additive in the production of Angora rabbits.A total of 160 Chinese Angora rabbits aged 8 months and with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 40 rabbits in each group(half male and half female).Rabbits in the 4 groups were fed complete formula feeds with the ginger powder supplemental levels of 0(control),10,20 and 30 g/kg for a wool period(73 days),respectively.The results showed as follows:1)dietary supplemental level of ginger powder had significant effects on the final body weight,feed consumption,hair follicle density and wool yield of Angora rabbits(P<0.05).The final body weight,feed consumption,hair follicle density and wool yield of the experimental rabbits were increased with the increase of ginger powder supplemental level,and adding 20 g/kg ginger powder can improve the wool yield.2)The levels of thyroxine(T4),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and melatonin(MTL)in serum of Angora rabbits were significantly affected by dietary supplemental level of ginger powder(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of IGF-1 and MTL in serum in the experimental groups were significantly increased(P < 0.05).When ginger powder supplemental level was 30 g/kg,the serum T4 level in the experimental groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).3)Dietary supplemental level of ginger powder had significant effects on the contents of total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)in serum of Angora rabbits(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the contents of serum TC,HDL and LDL were significantly decreased and the content of serum IgA was significantly increased in the experimental groups supplemented with 20 or 30 g/kg ginger powder(P<0.05).4)Dietary supplemental level of ginger powder had significant effects on serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and malondialdehyde(MDA)content(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum SOD activity in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the serum MDA content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In addition,the serum T-AOC in the experimental groups supplemented with 20 or 30 g/kg ginger powder was significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,ginger powder as the feed additive of Angora rabbits,can regulate lipid metabolism,improve serum hormone levels and antioxidant capacity,and then increase the wool yield,and the suitable dosage is 20 g/kg for Angora rabbits.
