枯草芽孢杆菌对断奶竹鼠生长性能、血清生化指标和器官发育的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Bacillus subtilis on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemical Parameters and Organ Development of Weaned Bamboo Rats

摘要 本试验旨在研究枯草芽孢杆菌对断奶竹鼠生长性能、血液生化指标和器官发育的影响。采用单因素试验设计,选取40日龄断奶的体重一致、健康状况良好的银星竹鼠96只,随机分为4个组,每组6个重复,每个重复4只(公母各占1/2)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在基础饲粮中分别添加2.22×10^(12)、4.44×10^(12)、6.66×10^(12)CFU/kg的枯草芽孢杆菌。试验期为60 d,前30 d为试验前期。结果表明:1)试验前期,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的平均日采食量(精料)有提高趋势(0.05<P<0.10)。试验全期,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的平均日采食量(精料)显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组的终末体重、平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比(粗料)和料重比(总)显著降低(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的存活率均比对照组提高了15.79%(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组的血清中肌酐、低密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇含量有降低的趋势(0.05<P<0.10),血清中谷草转氨酶活性及尿酸、甘油三酯、钙含量显著降低(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组的肝脏指数、脾脏指数、肾脏指数、胸腺指数显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌可以有效提高断奶竹鼠的存活率、生长性能,促进器官发育。饲粮中添加6.66×10^(12)CFU/kg枯草芽孢杆菌断奶竹鼠的生长性能最好。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of Bacillus subtilis on growth performance,serum biochemical parameters and organ development of weaned bamboo rats.A single factor experiment design was adopted,ninety-six 40-day-old weaned hoary bamboo rats with the same body weight and good health condition were selected and divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 4 rats per replicate(half male and half female).Rats in the control group were fed a basic diet,and the others in test groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ were fed basic diets supplemented with 2.22×10^(12),4.44×10^(12) and 6.66×10^(12) CFU/kg Bacillus subtilis,respectively.The test period was 60 days,and the first 30 days was the early period.The results showed as follows:1)in the early stage of the test,compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake(concentrates)of test groupⅠ,ⅡandⅢ showed an increase trend(0.05<P<0.10).In the whole period of the test,compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake(concentrates)of test groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ was significantly increased(P<0.01);the final body weight and average daily gain of test groupⅢ were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio(roughages)and feed to gain ratio(total)were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The survival rate of test groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ was increased by 15.79% higher compared with the control group(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the contents of creatinine,low-density lipoprotein and total cholesterol in serum of test groupⅢ showed a decrease trend(0.05 < P <0.10),and the activity of aspartate aminotransferase and contents of uric acid,triglycerides and calcium in serum were significantly decreased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the liver index,spleen index,kidney index and thymus index of test groupⅢ were significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding Bacillus subtilis to the diet can effectively improve the survival rate and growth performance of weaned bamboo rats,and promote the organ development.The addition of 6.66×10^(12) CFU/kg Bacillus subtilis to the diet has the best growth performance of weaned bamboo rats.
