PRODUCTION PRACTICE OF FERROCHROME GRANULATION

介绍了高碳铬铁采用粒化工艺处理,粒化产品洁净度及成分均匀度明显好于其他工艺。粒化工艺对铁水温度要求苛刻,目前矿热炉生产的铬铁水很难满足粒化要求。粒化产品粒度较小,影响该工艺进一步使用及推广。

The granulation process of high carbon ferrochrome is introduced.The cleanliness and composition uniformity of the granulated products are obviously better than those of other processes.The granulation process has strict requirements on the temperature of hot metal.At present,it is difficult to meet the granulation requirements of molten chromium produced by the submerged arc furnace.The particle size of the granulated products is small,which affects the further use and promotion of the process.
