摘要
建立并确定了新原料条件下的相关物料模型及参数,分析计算了冶炼过程热平衡及关键影响因素。结果表明,新原料条件下采用"双联工艺"冶炼铬镍系不锈钢(300系列)时,为保证整个冶炼工序冷热炉料配比的灵活性及冶炼周期的稳定性,可设置中频感应炉作为固态合金熔化补热的备用设备;新原料条件下采用"电炉、脱硅转炉+AOD"冶炼铬系不锈钢(400系列)时,AOD精炼工序热量富裕率在13%~15%之间,需加入自产不锈废钢238.5 kg/t。
The relevant material models and parameters under the condition of new raw materials are established and determined, and the heat balance and key influencing factors in the smelting process are analyzed and calculated. The results show that it can set the medium frequency induction furnace as the standby equipment for melting and heat supplement of solid state alloy in order to ensure the flexibility of cold and hot charge ratio in the whole smelting process and the stability of smelting cycle under the condition of new raw materials adopted with the "duplex process"for smelting chromium nickel series stainless steel(300 series). Using "electric furnace, desiliconization converter + AOD"(triple) process to smelt chromium series stainless steel(400 series) with new materials, the heat surplus rate of AOD refining process is between 13%~15%, and 238.5 kg/t of mill scrap should be added to per ton of molten steel.
