分析矿热炉纵向电容补偿装置的研究与应用

摘要 介绍了为解除矿热炉功率因数偏低的不良情况,拟定规划纵向电容补偿装置,对补偿容量测算方法做出分析与研究,并结合实例论述其实现形式。实践表明,纵向电容补偿装置有益于提升系统的功率因数,运转过程中可自行调整补偿电容容量,降低线路损耗,明显提升入炉功率与变压器设备的使用效率,促进系统安全可靠运行。 In order to eliminate the adverse effects of low power factor of submerged arc furnace,the longitudinal capacitance compensation apparatus is planned,the calculation method of compensation capacity is analyzed and studied,and its implementation form is discussed with an example.The practice shows that the longitudinal capacitance compensation apparatus is beneficial to improve the power factor of the system.During operation,the compensation capacitance can be adjusted by itself,the line loss can be reduced,the furnace power and the service efficiency of transformer equipment can be obviously improved,and the safe and reliable operation of the system can be promoted.
