超临界CO_(2)辅助棉纤维表面改性研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 棉纤维是一种天然纤维材料,具有质轻、保暖、易染料等优点,在纺织材料领域有广泛的应用。棉织物表面改性一般可分为纳米、物理、化学、生物酶和超临界CO_(2)流体改性等。其中,超临界CO_(2)流体改性因具有环保、高扩散率、高溶解性、零表面张力等优异特性在棉纤维改性中占有一席之地。对棉纤维的天然特性和表面改性方法进行了归纳总结,重点探究了超临界CO_(2)改性棉纤维的优势,为进一步挖掘和开发棉纤维的功能性研究、提高棉产品的附加性能提供参考。 Cotton fiber is a kind of natural fiber material,which has the advantages of light weight,heat preservation,easy to dye and so on,and has a wide range of applications in the field of textile materials.Surface modification of cotton fabric can be divided into nano,physical,chemical,biological enzyme and supercritical CO_(2) fluid modification.Among them,supercritical CO_(2) fluid modification plays an important role in cotton fiber modification due to its excellent characteristics of environmental protection,high diffusivity,high solubility and zero surface tension.In this paper,the natural properties and surface modification methods of cotton fiber are summarized,and the advantages of supercritical CO_(2) modification of cotton fiber are explored,which can provide valuable reference for further exploration and development of functional research of cotton fiber and improvement of additional properties of cotton products.
