摘要
基于高原某地区2014—2018年的相关数据,通过构建评价指标体系,采用熵值法与耦合协调度评价模型对高原某地区近5年生态产业化、产业生态化相关指标进行测量,计算出其耦合发展度。通过数据论证发现了该区域发展过程中暴露出的问题,提出现阶段该区域实现生态产业化与产业生态化协调发展的对策,即发展农业新生产力、强化信息产业、发展静脉集群产业园区、完善生态补偿机制等。
Based on the relevant data of a certain area of the plateau from 2014 to 2018,this paper used the entropy method and the coupling coordination degree evaluation model to measure the relevant indicators of ecological industrialization and industrial ecologicalization in a certain area of the plateau in the past 5 years by constructing an evaluation index system,and calculated its degree of coupling development.Through data demonstration,the problems exposed in the development process of the region were discovered,and the countermeasures for achieving the coordinated development of ecological industrialization and industrial ecologicalization in the region were proposed.That was,to develop new agricultural productivity,strengthen the information industry,develop venous cluster industrial parks,and improve the ecological compensation mechanism.
