基于梯度下降法的永磁同步电动机最大转矩电流比控制

摘要 该文依据永磁同步电动机在d-q坐标系下最大转矩电流比控制(MTPA)运行工作点的几何特性,提出一种基于梯度下降法的MTPA控制方法。以电机恒转矩方向与电流下降梯度的数量积作为判断依据,确定当前电机运行工作点位置,并调整电机交轴和直轴电流指令,使电机保持运行在MTPA控制点。该文搭建了永磁同步电机实验平台,通过实验验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。 According to the geometric characteristics of the maximum torque per ampere control(MTPA)operation point of a permanent magnet synchronous motor in the d-q coordinate system,a MTPA control method based on gradient descent method is proposed in this paper.By calculating the product of motor constant torque direction and current gradient,the motor operating point is determined,and the given currents of q-axis and d-axis are adjusted to make the motor operating point move to MTPA control point.A permanent magnet synchronous motor experimental platform is built,and the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by experiments.
