摘要 通过对锥形覆土镇压轮作业过程分析,建立了锥形覆土镇压轮作业时种沟土壤所受镇压强度力学模型,并探讨了不同参数组合对该模型的响应规律。通过Abaqus有限元分析软件对锥形覆土镇压轮进行了三因素(载荷、间距和倾角)三水平的全部27次模拟仿真试验,从不同参数组合对模拟仿真结果的响应规律、显著性影响因素及模型计算值与模拟值相关性三个方面进行了分析。结果表明:不同参数组合对镇压强度力学模型与有限元模拟结果的响应规律具有较好的一致性,且二者相关性较高,相关性系数r为0.731,相关性方程的斜率为1.252。该研究可为锥形覆土镇压轮镇压强度的计算提供理论依据。 Based on the analysis of the operation process of the conical soil covering-compacting wheels,a soil pressure mechanical model of the conical soil covering-compacting wheels on the soil is established and the response laws of different parameter combinations to this model is discussed.Through finite element software Abaqus,all 27 simulation tests with three factors(load,spacing and inclined angle)and three levels are carried out.The response laws of different parameter combinations to the simulation results and significant influence factors and the correlation between the mechanical model calculated value and the simulation value are analyzed.The results show that the response laws of different parameter combinations on the mechanical model of soil pressure and the finite element simulation results are in good agreement,and the correlation between them is high,the correlation coefficient r is 0.731,and the slope of the correlation equation is 1.252.This study can provide a theoretical basis for the calculation of the soil pressure of the conical soil covering-compacting wheels on the soil.
